First Aid Training Courses

We provide both an emergency first aid at work course and first aid at work training course at our academy. Both training courses are designed for those who are designated as first aiders in their workplace. The 1-day emergency first aid at work course qualification allows the appointed workplace first aider to take control of the emergency; calling the emergency medical services where appropriate and using the necessary equipment. The emergency first aid at work course is well suited for companies with less than 25 employees and covers all emergency medical situations you may face in the workplace, including CPR, choking, bleeding, minor injuries, wounds and shock.

The difference between the two first aid training courses is that first aid at work course is completed over three days, as opposed to one and covers a wider range of emergency situations, providing the learner with in-depth knowledge on how to save someone’s life. No previous experience is required for this course, making this suitable for all office workers.

As well as first aid training courses, we also offer pool plant operator training, which is suitable for both public and private organisations in the recreational and leisure industry. This pool plant operator training provides the learner with ways to maintain their facilities safely and assists with seamless running of the facilities. As part of the pool plant operator training course, you will cover topics, including pool operation, planned maintenance and legionella awareness.

Other Training Courses

The health and safety training courses including Manual Handling Online, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Online, Fire Marshal Competent Person and Asbestos Awareness Online. We also offer other training courses for Legionella Awareness, Pool Lifeguard and Pool Emergency Responder.
