Legionella Management Online

Our online Legionella Management course arms employees and employers with the information they need to meet the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the 2001 L8 code of practice. The modules covered in the course are: The course gives candidates a background of Legionella as well as how to identify the potential risks associated with water systems and how these can be prevented or controlled. The interactive course gives businesses the knowledge to develop systems and working practices needed to setup and manage a Legionella control programme. Employees will learn how to identify and assess sources of Legionella and how to implement a control programme to deal with this.

Candidates can access the course online and after each module will need to answer a set of questions to test their knowledge and understanding. They will need to score 70% or more in order to move on to the next module in the course.
